1. Services Offered

Chuck N Buckets Auto Detailing provides professional auto detailing services, including but not limited to interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, polishing, and specialty detailing packages. All services are performed to the best of our ability using professional-grade tools and products.

 

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
   

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
   

• Late cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee.
   

• No-shows may result in full charge of the service booked.
   

 

3. Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
   

• We accept [cash, Venmo, credit card, etc. – customize as needed].
   

• Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, and add-ons.
   

 

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

• Customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
   

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or stains that cannot be removed with reasonable detailing efforts.
   

 

5. Liability

• Chuck N Buckets Auto Detailing is not liable for damage caused by customer negligence, hidden defects, or wear from regular use.
   

• We are fully insured, but customers must disclose any fragile or damaged areas on the vehicle prior to service.
   

 

6. Personal Items

• Customers must remove all personal items from the vehicle before service.
   

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
   

 

7. Weather Policy

• In the event of inclement weather (for mobile services), we may reschedule your appointment to ensure service quality and safety.
   

 

8. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, disrespectful behavior, or inappropriate requests.
   

 

9. Changes to Terms

• Chuck N Buckets Auto Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or provided in writing.
